The IND describes routes for married, registered and unmarried partners. Check the evidence requested by the current application form.
If one of you is still married to someone else
Do not assume that being separated or having a pending annulment is enough. Ask a qualified Dutch immigration lawyer to assess your situation before relying on a route or planning your application.
You can still make a learning plan
Start building useful Dutch while your legal questions are being assessed. Plan the exam date carefully because the complete pass result is valid for 1 year.
