Simple Dutch. Clear steps. Together in the Netherlands. PH NL

SPREKEN · SPEAKING

Practise speaking, one sentence at a time.

Start with short answers about yourself. You do not need complicated Dutch to begin.

01

Build a small daily routine

Say your answers aloud. Reading an answer silently is different from saying it.

  • Introduce yourself: Ik heet …
  • Say where you live: Ik woon in …
  • Talk about your day: Vandaag werk ik.
  • Ask for repetition: Kun je dat herhalen?
02

Practise with your partner

Take turns asking one simple question. Let the learner finish before helping. Repeat the same exchange the next day, with a different answer.

03

Get feedback

An online practice score cannot assess your pronunciation. Rachel can listen during your intake and recommend where to start.

ONE SMALL NEXT STEP

You don’t need every answer to start learning.

Make a short list of your questions. Then separate your learning goals from anything that needs legal advice.
